AMAXY HAIR TOOL WARRANTY POLICY
Your AMAXY Professional tools are guaranteed to be in good working condition and free defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of at least one (1) year or more from the date of original purchase according to each item's warranty period.
Our Limited Warranty covers free replacement of defective parts within the first 12 months for all of our hair tools except brushes purchased from an authorized AMAXY distributors. AMAXY will not pay for inbound and outbound shipping transportation or insurance charges or accept any responsibility for laws and ordinances from inbound and outbound transit.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Normal wear and tear, such as shorts in the power supply cord or excessive hair inside the dryer.
- Damage caused by a blocked dryer filter cap or by not regularly condition and free from defects in materials and workmanship, for at cleaning the dryer filter cap or vents.
- Damage due to misuse and abuse, such as foreign objects inside of dryer, wrong voltage supply, dropping, or neglect in safety precautions, tampering such as repair or attempted repair by unauthorized party, and damage to cord or involved in accidents or natural disasters.
- Damage occurring during shipment of the product (such claims must be presented directly to the shipping company)
- Damage or deterioration to the surface finish, aesthetics, or appearance of the product
- Neglect or lack of proper maintenance
- Damage to cord
- Tools for which the Customer does not follow the warranty procedures outlined below
- Tampering & misuse with transformers, voltage converters, plug adapters, or with alternative power supplies internationally (outside US, Mexico, or Canada)
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number: Before returning a product for repair or replacement, request an RMA from AMAXY’s technical support (customerservice@amaxybeauty.com) through email. Provide tech support with a return phone number, e-mail address, shipping address, and original purchase order number or a copy of your original receipt. Describe the reason for repairs or returns as well as the date of purchase. A copy of your original receipt from an authorized AMAXY distributor must be submitted with the request. Then within 48 hours, our customer service will response back with the instructions and mailing address. No products are to be returned to Seller without prior approval from Seller.
After we received your appliance, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost for parts and labor except there will be a shipping fee of $20.00 which is only a contribution to ship the tool back to you within United States except Hawaii. For outside of USA and Hawaii, please contact customer service to get the shipping quote. Shipping quotes are for reference only and may change at anytime.
There will be a 7-14 business day turnaround period from the date your tool is received at our service center. This turnaround may exceed 7-14 business days per the company's discretion.
Attention: if no receipt is sent or no online registration has been done within the first 12 months, your 12 months warranty will not be valid. Please see "After the first 12 months" extended warranty service.
"AFTER THE FIRST 12 MONTHS" EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE
After the original 12 months Limited Warranty has expired, you may still have your AMAXY tool serviced if necessary.
THIS "AFTER THE FIRST 12 MONTHS" EXTENDED SERVICE DOES NOT COVER:

"AFTER THE FIRST 12 MONTHS" EXTENDED SERVICE VALIDATION
Our Extended Service is only valid with:
- Before returning a product for repair or replacement, request an RMA from AMAXY’s technical support (customerservice@amaxybeauty.com) through email.
- A copy of your original receipt from an authorized AMAXY distributor, if no receipt, please tell us where and when you bought it.
- All of your contact information (name, email address, mailing address, phone #),
- A brief explanation of the problem, and (iv) credit card information or money order to cover $50.00 (Infrared & Standard Hair Dryers, Infrared & Regular Flat iron & Curling Iron) or $30 (Mini Flat Iron) or $60.00 (Bold Professional Hair Dryer) to cover the standard shipping, handling, insurance, parts and labor cost on each item claim inside the United States.
