Q: Where can I purchase Amaxy® products?

Amaxy® products can be purchased from our Official Website(www.amaxybeauty.com), Amazon Store, Official TikTok Shop or directly from our partnered hair-stylists and sales representatives.

Q: How do I know my order went through?

When your order is placed, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent out. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam folder. If not please contact customer support.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

All orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.

Q: I put the wrong address, help!

We recommend contacting us through our customer support email or official social media for assistance before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to provide further assistance. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for updates on your package.

Q: Why haven't I received my order?

Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days in the US, 7-10 business days in Canada, and 10-15 days for international shipping. Please continue to monitor your tracking number for shipping updates.

Q: Does AMAXY test its products on animals?

 All AMAXY products are cruelty-free. We love our furry friends!

 

Q: What hair types is AMAXY products made for?

Our product range emphasizes repair, moisture, volume, and more. We provide a diverse selection of products designed to meet the needs of individuals with thin/fine, wavy, curly, damaged, dry, chemically treated, and/or color-treated hair (all hair types).

Q: Why does my dryer smell?

All new dryers have a new motor smell, turn it on for 2~5 minutes and the smell will eventually disappear. If you have been using the dryer for a while now, twist off the back vent and take out the mesh, remove dust and hair and blow the vent cap with air. DO NOT WASH WITH WATER.
